Who's Scared Now?

Yeah all three of those increase risk, stress itself, lack of sleep, poor nutrition/dehydration (low electrolytes)

Stressing about having one will only be a self fulfilling prophecy.

I know it's easier said than done, but just try and focus on the things you can control, things mentioned above + your meds, and try and not focus on it so much.

It freaked me the fuck out when I first having mine, I have LONG status seizures (30 minutes to over an hour) and I'd worry so much I'd end up stressing like you.

Once I accepted that it's a part my me possibly for life I had to accept it and start really taking care of the things I could the frequency lowered, it's now been 2 years since my last one.

You can do it buddy, it's not easy, but it is really rewarding. really helped me not stress over the little things in other areas for sure.

Love you bro, good luck!
