These little socks were in the bed? So a child was in your bed. And he’s playing like they just appeared? And now we’re down to believing him or your own set of eyes. Hmmm, when 2+2 adds up to anything other than 4, there’s no wondering. It’s crazymaking behavior to act like he just doesn’t know. Please. The choices from here suck. You can confront him and then chase him down for the truth, which never strengthens a relationship or let it slide and keep your eyes open, which is equally as awful. But if you deploy again, will you feel safe knowing you really don’t know what’s going on at home? You got enough to worry about, home should be the one place you can feel good about. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this crap, it’s completely unacceptable.
