WIBTA for reporting a Lyft driver because he tried to ask me out?

ESH He shouldn't be asking out clients but you probably just got him deactivated as a Lyft driver. The only thing you reminded him of is how much his economic life sucks because he now has to find another way to eat.

We all know that Uber and Lyft have to maintain ridiculously high average ratings to get regular calls. For lift that's 4.8 stars. Less than that and he is at risk.....so we can only imagine what a sexual harassment report will do to his incoming calls.

It was inappropriate but there was no violation of consent. In fact he only got to the asking for consent stage. Just because consent was not given doesn't mean bad things should happen for him asking.
