WIBTA for telling my girlfriend to do better

The fact that you’d rather think she is being irresponsible, dropped the ball, or is lying and you’re saying you love her, you don’t.

Love would be being understanding. Love would be genuinely knowing she tried her best and must have a crappy employer.

Love is not wanting validation to point the finger. You want to point the finger so badly, that we can ALL tell you’re looking for a reason to be mad it’s her for doing something wrong. But she didn’t. You’re being an unreasonable drama queen.

When I love someone with everything I have, the last thing I’d want to is be angry and have that kind of emotion towards them, you are looking for any reason to name her irresponsible, untrustworthy, and lazy. That is not love.

If you really do love her be more understanding and stop being so rude demanding and controlling.

If you lose her, you’ll have earned it.
