WIBTA if I put up a fence when neighbor’s kids have always played in my yard?

Its not just that sports are organized or that we have video games now, its that the adults are actively preventing kids from playing like they used to.

Parents freak out at the thought of their kids playing unsupervised

other adults in the neighborhood actively harass children playing in the street or just call the cops on them. Even public parks weren't always safe because some parents would try to chase you out if they thought you were "too old"

Schools have also started fencing in their playgrounds and locking them up after school hours so no one else can use them.

so if their neighborhoods, their parks, and their schools aren't safe places to play, where exactly is a child supposed to go?
