I had a boyfriend who would buy groceries and I'd cook every meal while I saw him on the weekends. I would also clean his apartment, so he saved money on his previous maid service. He became bitter that he was buying the groceries. He once even slipped that he wanted me to pay some of the rent, but he didn't dare bring that up again. He lied about his income saying he earned way less to try and guilt trip me into paying for a vacation that was not my idea. I told him I couldn't go and that I'm fine if he goes by himself. After he found out my sister knew, he changed his mind and paid for my flight.
