Sadly it’s not what it used to be though. Don’t know it ever will be. We have sex a few times a week, but it’s rarely spontaneous, and I always have to initiate it. I can pretty much look at what’s going on that day, and tell you whether there will be sex or not. It’s that regimented, so to speak. I have thought about just not initiating it anymore and seeing how long it takes her to step up. I’m just too horny to stick to it. After five days or so I always say fuck it and go for it. Also, like you, I have started working out again, and am super happy with the results. I don’t know if my wife feels threatened by it or what, but she seems to belittle my efforts. I am 13 years older, and I tell her it’s because I want to “keep up with the young guys” because of her, but she still doesn’t seem very happy about it. Anyway, I guess my situation could be worse.
