In fairness, cards that deal with enchantments are dead cards in a lot of matchups. Bo1 makes it impossible to sideboard, so running main deck hate like naturalize or invoke the divine isn't much of an option. If you run a large number of copies you're bound to draw them in multiples and they're dead draws. If you run Singletons, it doesn't help you deal with problematic enchantments still unless you get good draws and it's still a dead draw if they happen to have no enchantments to hit.

Cards that are maindecked that can deal with enchantments do so incidentally, but if you're outside those colors it's tough luck. Enchantments are a fairly rare card type, and there's a very real deckbuilding cost associated with putting in answers. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue because Bo3 allows for sideboards which you could bring in your hate and dumpster the deck. But since the ladder is bo1, these decks can get by because 20% of the color pie outright cannot deal with enchantments once they're on the board, and most of the hate is so narrow that it's too risky to run in your 60.
