Wildstar has been released on Steam

Not so much on SWTOR but I can with FFXIV.

I will link you to a post a while back that does a great job.

I feel as though FFXIV is more of a traditional mmo. It relies on tab targeting, and even long GCDs. It vastly more popular and has an excellent community that very open. The deep lore with final fantasy themes and tropes to accompany it. Progression of equipment i felt tended to lean a bit more linear and the grinding felt more intense, maybe tedious? Effects are great looking. Classes play similar of the same type, and they arent customization. Two paladins will have the same skills for example. BUT all classes on one character and a variety of skills.

Wildstar I feel is more solo-able early on. Class diveristy is great, each class can be customize with load out and different perks added to those skills. On top of that each class feel very very different in play style. Graphics arent as good as final fantasy. Sure its a different art style but in the end ff is gorgeous. The lore in Wildstar is deep and unique with a different tone matching that of the old days of Saturday cartoon humor. The game is action based movement and fighting. There is a mixture of skill and abilities not just tab targeting. You can dodge spells for example. I felt the quest type variety was insane. Also the housing is quite unique and pretty neat. They have a variety of solo-able, small group and large group activities.

Best I can remember of the two. I feel they are very different and offer different things. High-end gaming is similar with dungeons to raid. Overall i think you will spend less time in wildstar than FFXIV as FF has more content and community. But Wildstar was fun for the time I put in it.
