Not true. Benzos are life saving medications that prevent seizures. Switching brands does nothing but change the fillers. Quit spreading lies and dangerous information to anxiety sufferers.

Withdrawals can be SEVERE but can’t last longer then a few weeks. Don’t care what you read on internet, its fake news. I know ppl who have been taking benzos for over 50 yrs in REAL LIFE and are doing perfectly fine.

Hallucinations, seizures, anxiety is unrelated to benzos, unless you cold turkey a high dose. Been takin benzos for many years. Have researched and found the horror stories to 99% be related to anxiety and non-benzo related incidents.

Don’t spread your fear mongering nonsense to anxiety sufferers, that creates panic and suffering. OP is perfectly fine and so is anybody else using benzos and tapering correctly.
