You think TS would think twice before sounding condescending? I don’t know, they used the phrases “fuck your feelings” and “elections have consequences” for the last four years, which felt a bit condescending once in a while. If I similarly rub their nose in the fact that their guy lost, I suppose that might seem condescending. I don’t mean it that way, I just mean it in whatever way they meant it when they talked about Trump “owning the libs” with all of the times he “told it like it is”. Just trying to emulate Trump :)

And I wasn’t specifically going for “condescending” I was going for “telling it like it is”....I always thought that just meant being an asshole and calling things like they are. Is that not what “telling like it is” means? Isn’t that a respectable trait?

If someone says something ignorant and I assume that that they say that because they don’t know any better, is that condescending?

If they say something ignorant and they DO know better then I have to assume that they have malicious intent with the bullshit they are spewing, and I prefer to assume the people I am talking to on here are not seditious assholes, but rather misinformed people who have not received good information in a while.
