I highly doubt there will be one with more games considering this one already has 5, but anything could happen.

More important than anything is just being happy with what you buy. There's always the possibility of an upgrade coming. If you like what you see for $500, then getting first dibs on the run should be worth it whether or not they add an additional rom or a couple of LEDs on a variant later. If you want to be more cautious, I havent seen a single arcade1up sell out during preorder phase. Only the 12 in 1 came at all tougher to find at times. Even their "limited editions" have been very easy to obtain for a long length of time. Just wait 3 to 6 months after release. You'll probably even find it on sale at that point to take off $50 or so if you're lucky. Don't get caught up in the preorder/marketing rush.
