Will it be possible to raise my child how I would to raise him??

Well, there is a pretty big age gap, ~4 years at the minimum. so much so that on the plus side, they just might not want anything to do with baby brother when he's a few years old. On the negative side, the older ones might not want much of anything to do with baby brother.

Just don't see it as the older ones hate the youngest. It's just that when the youngest starts playing any real significance (walking, talking, going to kindergarten etc) they will be heading into their teenage years (or very close to it) so there will be near zero alignment of common interests. They will never interact in school together. Most likely will never be in the same school. There will be no overlap of friends etc.

That'll pretty much leave you free to raise the baby without too much of real influence from the older ones. Sure, there will be some influence, but probably not as much as you think. If anything, they will bully and pick on the baby.
