I will run out of food in 3 weeks

I'm from NJ and things are bad right now, I don't want to go to the supermarket.

Then order online? Although some "survival" options are hard to get, you can certainly stockpile on non-perishables from Amazon, etc.

But, what will it look like in 3 weeks?

Judging from the fact that the pandemic seems to be slowing down and that the number of hospitalizations appears to have been significantly overestimated by early models, I'd imagine it's going to look about the same.

The most significant risk we're facing right now is not that the situation spirals out of control in the next 1-2 weeks, but that if the slowdown isn't rapid enough, or if there's a second wave when restrictions are lifted, there can be some profound unhappiness and unrest. But that, I think, it's more of a July-August timeline thing.
