So the motor itself spins correctly and transmission moves correctly along the with wiper threads. But like I said when I put the actual wiper arms on the threads they will lock up after 1-3 cycles, and then after I take the wiper arms off the motor will run but the actual transmission wont move anymore until I take it all apart again and put it back together.

It seems like I only get the motor or transmission seized up when I put the wiper arms on, I ran it before without putting the arms on after putting it all back together again and the transmission and motor were working fine for 10 minutes straight on highest setting and the wiper threads were spinning the whole time just fine.

Like I said, the wiper arms seem to be making the whole system seize up and freeze.
