A Wisconsin DUI case in which police drew blood from an unconscious man is headed to the U.S. Supreme Court

If you need to pretend that you know my own views better than me, then go ahead. I can assure you that you don't though.

Well if there's not much going around then that is great. Murder never struck me as a topic where "meh , that's good enough" was a good approach, but I guess that's just another point where we disagree.

Yes. Just like how I know you know what implicit means, but just in case you don't - it means that it isn't expressly stated. And just like how I stated there that I know you know what implicit means, whilst implying otherwise you also explicitly said you didn't condone the hypothetical murder whilst heavily implying you do.

In self defence it would be homicide. In this case there is no perceived or real deadly or great bodily harm so it isn't an action made in self defence. If the cop had the OP at gunpoint you would have a point here, but then we also wouldn't be having the discussion.

Given for most the last paragraph you just trying to be provocative and there dont seem to be any actual points in it, there isnt anything to respond to. Like you say different strokes for different folks, you want to fantasize about killing people, I want to leave it to a last resort. We simply dont agree. I just hope you never accidently annoy somebody with the same view on vigilante justice and the death penalty as you. You're not going to convince me murder is a good option unless absolutely necessary, and im not going to convince you otherwise, so it seems we'll have to agree to disagree and move on.
