I genuinely don't understand the parts you picked, for example:
1. You went with 2x16 ram and as you said, you're still way within your budget, then just go for 4x16 or at least 4x8 which is way better than 2x16 anyway.
2. Why EVGA? get something nicer.
3. You're putting a 2k+ card and a 3950x in a 80 dollar case? Really? I can only recommend this one https://www.lian-li.com/pc-o11-dynamic/
4. Why an AIO? I bet the dude that is willing to pay that much for a pc can help you with some custome water, not to mention that a 2080 TI will run hot af on air, especially EVGA.
5. Buying windows is your choice, but anti-malware software, really?
6. If you end up listening and will use at least the case I'm recommedning then get some more fans.
7. Get a better chair, that one sucks judging by the price alone, a good chair doesn't cost less than 200 dollars.
