With Absolutely No Evidence, Bloomberg Campaign Ties Bernie Sanders To Campaign Office Vandalism

You really don't remember the bush era.

I clearly remember it better than you do given that, of the two of us, I’m not the one making patently asinine comparisons.

If you turn off the news and ignore twitter it is business as usual here in america. Blah blah frothing hurp derp false equivalency

Your entire wordy assertion rests on two pillars: a Chonsky-for-babies-level “American imperialism blah” focus entirely on your biased perception of our foreign policy, and ignoring the number, level and effect of crimes and abnormalities happening at the domestic level.

In the first case, you’re ignoring the longterm effects of the destabilization of alliances among western democracies on the world so that you can sound righteous to yourself and pretend to be writing an Intercept thinkpiece.

In the second case, there’s dozens of extreme abnormalities happening domestically that are hurting both the people here and will hurt people abroad due to destabilization and aftereffects. Stacking various departments with unqualified yes-men meant entirely to protect the President personally on a scale never seen before, numerous financial ties and entanglements with multiple (often hostile) foreign powers, intentional destabilization of geopolitical ties to benefit a hostile foreign nation, unprecedented rollbacks of ecological protections, corrupting the Supreme Court, permanent child separations to feed a white nationalist base, on and on and on.

You just don’t care about any of that or the associated human suffering it’s going to cause because “America Bad!” has to remain your central ideology or else you’ll experience cognitive dissonance and no longer have a source of energy to feed your boundless sense of “I’m better than the rest of you”.

Palantir

Palantir’s integration with the Feds came into its own during the Trump admin after its founder helped the guy get elected. I don’t know why you’re arguing against your own point.

What did trump do, not say, that was worse than outright stealing the election from the man with the plan to stop global warming back when there was still time to do it?

Oh, I don’t know, how about working directly with a hostile foreign power to throw the election in his favor (going on twice now) from someone who at least unlike himself believes climate change is real, in exchange for sanctions relief for foreign oil interests in a country that wants climate change to happen.

Congrats, you could not have picked a worse example to support your point.

And if you think there’s no point now to doing anything to mitigate climate change, kindly cancel all of your internet services and get your defeatist garbage out of the way of other people who have work to do in that arena.
