With all things considered. Is being a guy or girl better? And why?

Google the medical research thing. Cancer and heart disease are researched far more in men. If women happen to have those afflictions they benefit from that research, but comparatively less research is performed on “women’s cancers”. The treatment is geared to men. Here’s an article. Diseases that men and women have operlap a lot, but in terms of sex-specific body parts, women have more parts that are not shared with men than men do with women.

Also, the internal organs thing is a huge deal. Do you know what uterine prolapse is? Endometriosis? Ovarian cysts? Fibroids? Interstitial cystitis? Uterine polyps? Those internal organs act up causing intractable pain and can kill. There’s comparatively little research done on them compared to erectile dysfunction. Which doesn’t cause debilitating physical pain and kill.

The six to eight year lifespan gap is narrowing. Also, women die from childbirth and pregnancy complications; a risk men simply do not have.

I agree with the facts you presented, but they do not tell the whole story.
