With a democratic presidency and legislature, should student loan forgiveness be pursued?

i thought you were more concerned about the non-public servants not getting a fair deal.

i used to have a rental property, but sold it when i bought my current home, because i didn't want to be an absentee landlord(although air bnb wasn't as big a thing yet...if it had been, i probably would have kept the place). it was a chicago two-flat that i lived in, and rented out, while fixing it up. i bought it for $129K in 1996, and sold it after 10 years for $400K. granted, it's not a fortune, but it allowed me to buy this place for cash...it's quiet, and i'm happy as a clam here. except that comcast is our only option for broadband. i really hate those guys.

despite the disability, i currently make 7 figures, and have for quite awhile. although, to be fair- two of those figures are to the right of the decimal point.
