With the new additions, will the Stormcallers please make a case for their tier builds?

I run

*arcbolts in 3's (once u throw enough, you can get precise enough where 25% of the time you tag one or more with it), Storm with arc web for 6's.

*Ionic blink for both 3&6's you need to use this if you aren't already. You need to be evasive, never just moving at head level in a straight line, that shit will get you killed. Learn to zig zag to your targets, blinking as you go, almost how guys like Poshy blade dance.

*Thunderstrike with extended melee. Makes shot gunning easier, as you have the furthest range of any other subclass by a wide margin when it comes to the shotgun/melee attack.

*Pulsewave all day. I typically prioritize agility and recovery for the slipperiness and ability to engage and disengage quickly. ThE numbers show people who equip this perk over the others have a higher k/d by a wide margin.

*Electrostatic mind. Getting 30sec off your super per close teammate is huge! Stick together in trials and everything else equal your super will be up fastest and it's very strong when no one has a super to shut you down with. Also, the dot tics come in handy from time to time when trying to keep tabs on nearby enemies while in 3rd person view.

*I'm currently running Memory of Jolder for no cool down on sprint, for the removal of the sprint cool down which helps me stay evasive.

Overall you should use your melee range to dominate anyone that rushes, and learn to stay close to you allies, whom also benefit from the Pulsewave perk when it activates. This also charges your super faster AND gets you teamshooting which is what's going to win you games. This is really apparent in Supeemecy, where many times it comes down to who has more teammates involved in every gunfight.
