I can point to several farms that provide us with cheese, that give the animals great lives. Natural deaths of old age, great food, actual genuine love from their caretakers, and happy times all around. I mean, fuck, those are our best cheeses because happy animals make the best milk! Instead of accepting that yeah, this might be alright, they insist that I follow their strict moral path and am a garbage person if I don't. I hate fundamentalist Christianity, even though I'm a devout protestant Christian. I hate veganism even though I'm a conscientious eater. Theirs are the same fight under different banners, and my complaint is the same with different targets.
