Witless Wednesday - Your weekly silly questions thread

Read the FAQ, been on strict OMAD for the last week. Black coffee, black tea, water only outside of eating period.

Nowadays I wake up and I'm not hungry rightaway like I used to be.

I do however, need my coffee and I'm really not keen on coffee black.

I use a sugar free soy milk and 30ml in my coffee would come up to approx 11.7 calories.

If I were to have one cup of coffee with soy, would that essentially no longer be OMAD? Should I just assume it breaks my fast and allow myself to have this on a 20:4 schedule instead? I do use an app to track this so, just wondering if I should start recording having broken my fast at the time I have that coffee.
