This woman

LOL.. I am going to take that as a compliment. I read your other post in this thread. I agree, many or most people who are paid to be fit have and or do use some sort of PEDS, etc. I on the other hand am a 38 year old mom of 4. I sell nothing, never have, don't do instagram, am not a trainer, have never had a trainer and I don't compete. My purpose is health and aesthetic goals and my husband is a natural bb as well. I have thought about competing, but I feel like that crosses the line for me and puts less emphasis on the health aspect. Anyways I have never used any substance other than creatine and pre workout (I don't even use the expensive stuff, just the cheap shit on amazon), I have had no surgeries or procedures (expect botox on my face twice, I mean sun and wrinkles, I am totally doing that again.) And if I do, I will personally be straight forward about it. I have friends who are in the fitness industry and when people compliment certain aspects that I know for sure were created through surgery and they act like they actually did it through exercise, it is ridiculous. Anyways, as a mom of 3 girls and motivation for other ladies, I want them to know it CAN be done through exercise and healthy eating habits. I don't know about the lady in the photo, but I know that is how mine has been done. It has taken a LOT of work, and I think that is something a lot of people lack these days, they want a quick fix. I tried for 12 years to get under 135 and "couldn't" do it. When all along, I really could have just needed the knowledge and confidence to. What worked for me was running, fork put downs, and lifting. Anyways, there really still are some natty people out there, my husband is 5'7 natural and 185lbs of muscle, we just lift a lot and eat healthfully.
