They called her it behind her back and not to her face, they obviously knew it was wrong. I had a guy in my office who used to call me "queen blondie cutie" in the coat room or whenever I was alone, but infront of other people he would call be "QBC". Because he knew if he said it in full around other people they would see how inappropriate it was, it was a bit of a sick game because I knew he was being gross and other people didn't. I was quite young at the time and didn't want to speak up so it went on for about 6 months until it escalated and he grabbed my hand and stroked it. A coworker convinced me to speak to my manager about it and then I never saw him again, dont know if he was fired or moved, I didnt want to ask because I didn't want to be a part of it at all.
