First off, nice racism.

Second, I stopped calling 911 once I found that they always respond in one of 3 ways:

With laziness and an unwillingness to even address the problem at hand. (I once had a cop respond to a domestic violence call I placed by parking 3 apartments down on the corner of the street for 5 minutes then driving off before phoning me and saying they didn't see anything)

With a miscarriage and abuse of justice

Or by escalating the situation to a state where it would have been better to have no cops show up at all.

I live in the hood. I used to call the cops several times per week. Now I wouldn't call 911 for any reason unless it's for fire or ambulance and never will again.
