Lol cmon man. You're saying it's not an entree because their menu doesn't have a section literally called "entrees"? What exactly would you call the main section of the menu with all the meals? Also, are you going to ignore that they have a section specifically labeled sides and biscuits and gravy isn't in it?

Just for fun, I checked Dennys and IHOP - both serve biscuits and gravy in their main food sections, and neither have biscuits and gravy in their sides.

I get that you feel it can be eaten as a side - but I think you can pretty clearly see that that's not the norm as you keep claiming. Pretty big difference between "almost always a side item" as you said and "not actually a side item on any major breakfast places menus".
