And we don't know what happened because the video conveniently only shows the parts where the lady is wrong. We don't see the part where she asked them to turn off their music, we don't' see the part where they hit her in the head the first time, nor do we see the assault that left her in a pool of blood on the street.

She was the minority on that bus. And she said "Niggers" once, far from a tirade, I'm not saying she's right, but her saying "Niggers" once does not wash out violent assault. There is no justification for it.
