This woman presented to the hospital with stroke and a broken ankle. The hospital discharged her because she didn't have insurance and called the police on her. These are the last images of her alive. She died in the cop's van.

Liable in your opinion maybe, why don’t you go get some prosecutor (who rarely even charge them even when they are directly responsible for a persons death) to see it that way. Big fucking doubt.

At the end of the day it makes fuck all difference what you wanna call technically liable when they aren’t gonna be held accountable either way. And I doubt you could find a single case of a cop in the US being held liable for someone oding or having a medical emergency that resulted in their death. Bros literally have to kneel on a guys neck and asphyxiate him in public on camera in front of hundreds of people or video themselves beating them to death for anyone to take notice.

I’m betting they’re not too worried what you think they’re responsible for, especially when they know in reality they ain’t gonna be liable for shit.
