Look, you’re not wrong. Most of it will amount to nothing, and many women are likely to be less than thrilled with many of their options (despite their own pre screening of said options). However, when one side of the coin has such disproportionate access to choice, let’s not also be stupid and pretend this doesn’t have rather obvious broader effects on both populations as a whole. I would agree, it’s most likely not worth it (especially for guys). But if one wants to avail themselves of options for whatever reason, one side has a frankly ridiculous advantage here. It’s so out of whack calling it an advantage seems as though I’m unintentionally downplaying it.
