Women, how do you want to be treated by men?

Like a lady who he's not willing to lose. I once went on a date after a recent breakup. This new guy always told he was romantic, he loved to cook and wanted to take me to all sorts of places. Boy that date proved he was the exact opposite. He never opened my door, never made me feel like I was worth the effort. I had bought new clothes, had a manicure and pedicure even put makeup. I loved his company but we were at different wave lengths. I love when men hold the door or open the door. I love when they go the extra mile to make me feel special, whether it's planning a special date or at least trimming the beard and not dressing like a teenager on special occasions. That's saying something. This was the first guy I was involved with after my ex. I felt like crap already. But someone described my experience as catfish since we met online. I just felt like he didn't see me as a someone worth putting the effort in as I did with him. It hurt more than actually dating because maybe men don't view me as a woman who deserves to be treated like a lady and courted. I hope this makes sense.
