Why women make life difficult

I'm a college student involved in Greek life. There are lots of rules that frats simply don't follow because they're unenforceable / stupid. Of course kids are going to drink underage or drink before / during a fun event (not obnoxiously, and a fun event like a sport tournament or something). All the frats do things like that, and despite having rivalry, we all respect each other.

HOWEVER, sororities are a different story. They all hate each other. To the point where girls don't even post snapchat stories of themselves at a bar or drinking because "someone will tell their president and they'll get punished". I was talking to a girl and she says she actively tries to incriminate other girls, even other girls in her chapter. When asked why, she said "because they do that to me." My sister was actually "overthrown" as president for bringing a flask to a formal, by her "sisters".

I don't know if its just a female thing, or because sororities don't have any real pledge process (they actually follow no hazing rules 100%...like fully, not even fun/non harmful rituals or bonding stuff), but from what I've seen they just do not respect each other, hate each other, and are actively trying to bring each other down.
