Women who lost/gained a lot of weight or whose physical appearance drastically changed -- how have people treated you differently, if at all?

I've always had somewhat of a 'fat' face where I had chubby cheeks. I wasn't overweight or anything, just kind of a chubby kid-like round face. After I happened to drop a few pounds I lost that baby fat and I would definitely say I got more attractive. That and I had let my hair grow out and started wearing it down. I did definitely get treated better, mainly by men. They would go out of their way to be nice to me or chat me up. Tbh it was super uncomfortable because I'm shy. I would get hit on constantly at the bus stop or have men call me pretty in the street. I chalked it up to them just making fun of me at first because I was used to being jokingly complimented. But after a while I realized it was genuine thirsting.

With women I'd say it was the same, some even more catty or rude than they normally are. I guess it's a competition thing.
