Women who make six figures, what do you do for work? How is your work to life balance?

I'm an IT / financial audit consultant. Started as a financial auditor working for a CPA firm after graduating with an accounting degree. I've been working for about 9 years and my career has shifted a bit and the switch to consulting was a big improvement.

Work life is... okay. Current project is fairly flexible for what time I get to / leave work and allows regular and as needed remote work and I can't actually do more than 40/week on it. I am however expected to do a lot of extra stuff, like business development, social events, etc. with the company that takes up more time.

I wouldn't entirely recommend it but they pay is good and I don't always hate it.
