I wonder if I'm wrong.

I get it, not everyone is super pumped about those kind of events & to some degree I don't blame them? But, we sent out invitations to people who we knew would want to be apart of it & meant the most to us. If some of the guests decided they didnt want to attend, there wouldnt have been any hard feelings, cause again, not everyone is into those events.

I wasnt against drinking, that's never been something that's bothered me because it's always been pretty tame, but it ruined it for me when we had people stumbling around & acting like tools because they had too much to drink. & come the end of it we had people either staying to sober up or scrambling around to see who was more sober or who had less to drink so they could get driven home. & given the same guests are attending, I dont necessarily want a repeat of that, not that it'll happen but, it's just something I dont want to worry about.

also given the guests we have are alcohol enthusiasts & almost any get together we have is an excuse for them to drink
