Here are some key formatting notes IMO.

Two spaces after a sentence tabs the paragraph down: like this... However if you insert an addition space between the lines by hitting return/enter twice, you can insert additional space in your paragraph:

like this

When linking something, you should only do one word if possible, but sometimes a sentence can be applicable for emphasis in a conversation.
