Wondering about keyblade "canon"

Stuff I learned on this sub (I can't remember where I got them from originally)

Certain events, moments, or people you create memories of/with will trigger your keyblade to transform. An object tied to the event, memoment, or people will be image of the keychain. You do not physicall attach and de-attach objects to the keyblade to make it transform.

Look at the Days cutscene where Roxas physically transforms both his keyblades into Oathkeeper and Oblivion. You watch them jump from KK to Oathkeeper and Oblivion. No attached objects or anything of the such.

Using Oathkeeper from above as an example. Sora memories of his promise to kairi was what gave birth to Oathkeeper. His memories that gave birth to that oathkeeper keychain were tied specifically to Kairi's good luck charm. So Oathkeeper's keychain takes on the APPERANCE of Kairi's good luck charm, it's not the real charm though. As we saw Sora keeps the charm in his pocket.

That is why Roxas can use Oathkeeper and have the keychain have the apperance of Kairi's good luck charm even though Roxas clearly physically lacks Kairi's good luck charm.

This is also why when Roxas summoned Ven's keyblade for the first time it took the form of KK not Fresh Breeze. Because it was Roxas's memories of Xion that he used to manifest that keyblade and so when summoned it took on the form of her keyblade.

It's also why for example Aqua gained a Destiny's embrace keychain. Destiny's Embrace is Kairi's base keyblade and Kairi got it thanks to the ceremony. The ceremony that had been accidently conducted by Aqua. Afterwards Aqua's memory of that moment containing her meeting of Kairi and performing the ceremony (she may not be aware of that last part) caused a Destiny's Embrace Keychain to be formed.
