I contacted support, pissed as f. Ive NEVER spent that much $ at a business to have to wait two weeks and STILL no shipping and then their support dancing around the topic with zero explanation other than 'the shipping label hasnt updated so the order is still processing and there's been a delay'. Lol. I said 'b, ya'll sure didn't delay in taking my money' I'm canceling after this and that stupid moron customer service lady who was absolutely zero help other than telling me that if I keep using profanity shed have to close our chat....like that would have mattered, she was about as much help as asking my blind uncle which color top looks best. The decent thing to do would be to, at the very least, be a normal person and reach out to me and tell me my order is delayed. Ugh. Double ugh.
