Why won't Jagmeet Singh condemn the Sikh extremist who bombed Air India that killed 268 Canadians?

Because there is a percentage of people in the Sikh community that agrees with the bombing and Jagmeet can't be seen to disagree with them.

This is the one thing I dislike about immigration, it is that once immigrants become Canadians, they should stop fighting the wars of their former countries...

Sikh Canadians are not victimized in Canada by either the Indian or the Pakistani governments, but nevertheless, some Sikh Canadians still harbor hostile feelings towards those governments and even other Canadians of Indian or Pakistani origin... It is sad.

Just like a few Canadian Jews and a few Canadian Muslims treat one another like enemies, even if both contribute to the same society...

The trick is that those people have moved to Canada to ESCAPE the conflicts in their native countries, why don't they leave those conflicts behind then?

Of course most immigrants to Canada understand this and are as Canadian as anyone can hope to be, but some in those communities seem incapable to let go...
