It won't stop meowing, I've fed it kittens milk, cleaned it's eyes, put it in a warm blanket, and made it pee, and it still won't stop meowing and always trying to leave the box, someone tell me what to do please.

You have a living creature that's capable of feeling fear and love and pain and hunger and warmth and cold and whatever else, that is now your responsibility.

If you're not busy and still not patient enough to take care of it, then consider your contribution to be having rescued it from the street and now find somewhere to take it where it will receive the care and compassion that it deserves that you are otherwise unwilling or unable to provide for it.

Cats live for 10+ years easily. You should accept the responsibility you've taken on by taking it into your care by taking this advice you've been given to be present for it, or find someone who will.
