Yes I’m for the government incentivizing all kinds of energy, particularly the most efficient types we currently have, like coal and nuclear, and make them more efficient AND cheaper all while developing newer solar and wind. Solar and wind just are not as effective as coal, and won’t be for a while. California is pushing for all eclectic vehicles but can’t even support their grid on a hot day, they just aren’t ready.
