As an Indian guy this does somewhat worry me. I've had a great experience with European girls in recent years but with the "refugee" crisis going on, start to wonder how bad it is making things for brown guys in most of Europe.
Most European girls and people as young as 17 - 18 are fascinated by Eastern philosophy and religion. They find it amusing and exotic as opposed to Islam which they see a threat for a millennium. As long as you are not mistaken for a gypsy or a muslim, you are theoretically better off.
I talked to an older Indian man from the UK who used to go back in the 80s, he said he could not keep women off of him but I doubt that would be the case today.
People who used to go to the UK in the 80's usually spoke good english (without terrible accent) and were generally wealthier. The UK is exposed to the Indian elite far earlier than say USA which largely received working class Indian migrants. Being rich is a good way to buy your way out of Racism. However the UK now receives all kinds of migrants who now interact with poorer sections of the UK society. Even within the UK, my observations is that ethnic males in academic towns do better than those in multicultural areas or those near ethnic enclaves.
Most Indian Hindus have traditionally being supporting christian conservatives than the left which traditionally sided with Pakistani muslims.
Things for changing for Asian guys in the USA, that I can say for sure. I definitely see more and more Asian guys with hot white girls in this country.
Are they couples in college or working women who realize late that their options are drying up ? Older Indian men in higher corporate positions have no trouble finding pairs with women in the workforce nearing the wall.
Younger Indian males in clubs, colleges etc. seem to have a difficult time. East Asians have it worse. Even ones who are not skinny and of small stature - what I noticed is that if the guy is a 9, the white counterpart is a 6/7. He's better off importing a 10/10 chick from India or finding an 8/9 in his own ethnicity.
Take a look at Canadian subreddit, on what they have to say about Chinese or Indians in Vancouver or It workers in bay area. The left hates us because we are not another "oppressed""non-prosperous" minority whose numbers aren't significant and the right hates us because we don't fit their ideal racial profile, but atleast the latter is honest.
Take a note on how leftists defend their decision to attract Somalis/Syrians who will no doubt get defended for their future violent acts or for ripping off welfare. Indians/Asians working their ass off in IT ? Nah, they're just parasite stealing jobs...and not oppressed enough.
