Yeah, but that’s not the issue people have. No one is saying that Leviathan’s gear isn’t fine. What they are saying is that the loot from SoS isn’t fine.

You have people like Gothalion saying shit like the armor isn’t a reskin because they added a flap to the chest piece here or changed the horns on the helmet there. Like give me break dude. It’s fucking reskin. When 99% of the armor is unchanged it’s reskin and it’s lazy. That’s issue with SoS. It can be super fun, but if there’s no reward to doing it then people won’t play it. Getting cool loot is half the fun of looter shooters and it’s great that you have your opinion of the game and can just enjoy the gameplay for what it is, but that’s not Destiny’s audience and don’t pretend that it is and that the game is anything other than a looter shooter.

What Bungie says doesn’t mean shit. They barely know what they want this game to be. It is what it is and I’m willing to bet you’re not gonna find a lot of people that share your opinion of the game as far as what genre it is.
