I work for AT&T. Here’s why you should never buy anything from AT&T except via self service online.

This is upper management, probably arsm/dos and higher putting unrealistic goals for stores. They create these environments. If not directly, indirectly by forcing managers to hit these goals or essentially be fired.

My store is the same way OP is talking about. Shit, it might even by a rep from my store it’s so on point.

Here’s the issue, if we don’t do it, we get hit on side by sides and forced out via coaching for not mentioning 1 of the 100 things we are supposed to either say or do.

It’s easy to say or just report it to HR but what’s that going to do? Get our manager fired so the next one comes in and does the same? They will go full offensive and just find reps that follow their lead and get rid of the ones that don’t.
