I work for Uber and I wasn't even aware.

Something similar happened to me but at a college campus. I was picking up my younger brother from his orientation, and when I pulled into the small lot, three guys on the opposite end of the lot waved at me. I figured they were waving at someone walking so I ignored it. My brother wasn’t picking up his phone so I pulled into a stall so I wasn’t taking up space in the drop-off/pick-up lane. I happen to find a stall that is facing the three guys and they wave again, and it’s clear at this point they are waving at me, plus one is holding his phone and pointing at it. It slowly dawns on me that they think I am their Uber. I fumble around in my car a bit, pretending to look for something in my glove compartment so I could avoid eye contact. A few minutes later their ACTUAL Uber shows up and it’s a silver Corolla. I drive a black Nissan. They didn’t even pay attention to the driver information on their app.
