Work out in the morning, lose motivation by dinner, overeat

I think a lot of people have that problem and that's why they bulk cook chicken on Sunday nights. You already have half of your meal ready to go. From a satisfaction, not necessarily fitness standpoint, try saving your starchy carbs for dinner. I'm on a diet currently, I typically make scrambled eggs in a coffee mug in the morning in the microwave (because easy), have the chicken breast with lunch and maybe 1/4 of an avocado for fat along with some vegetables I steam in the microwave (either mixed frozen, broccoli, or asparagus because they are the easiest to do in a bowl with a couple tablespoons of water in it and a plate on top). But then for dinner, I'll microwave a small yam or a sweet potato w/salsa on it or something (I'm allergic to regular potato), or make some buckwheat noodles to go with my chicken and vegetables. At lunch the veggies taste great, but by dinner I'm never craving them so mashing them up in the starchy carbs make them easier to eat, and leaves me feeling more satisfied. If I'm craving dessert I'll just have some plain chobani yogurt with half a cup of frozen blueberries... maybe a teaspoon or two of honey if I have the calories left. Saturday is fish night and Sunday is beef night. Anyway my point is having the meat prepared already, and the rest of the meal ready to make in 5 minutes, makes it a lot easier to stick to your diet because it's there and you've already decided to eat that before your stomach has any say in the matter. Eating the starchy carbs at night and something slightly dessert like that's healthy is the only way I can keep from pigging out at night. I've lost about 50 pounds with that routine over 4 months, and I have about 30 more to go. I am currently doing a moderate full body workout with 2 or 3 rest days due to some other issues that I'm trying to fix, just taking my time right now before I get back into a strict workout routine because it's been a while for me and because I'm shedding pounds pretty consistently for the time being.
