A worker at an urgent care clinic got my information from my chart and messaged me on Facebook

As far as location-based Facebook friend recommendations go, I'm an anonymous egg donor and it's very important that I do not know who my recipients are and they don't know who I am. We all have to sign legal contracts agreeing to never try to find out each other's identities. I'm waiting for the day when my recipients and I both go to the fertility clinic, Facebook suggests me to my recipients as "someone you may know," and they recognize me from the photos on my donor profile. I'm just expecting Facebook to compromise my anonymity, there's nothing to stop it from happening. I wonder if discovering my identity from a "People You May Know" suggestion would count as a breach of contract, but I would guess not since they wouldn't have actively sought it out. It's interesting to think about.
