Workers Have High Hopes for Pay Hikes Next Year. Perhaps Too High

Average European salary is almost half that of USA. They offer just as good quality and skilled workers.

Obviously they're going to get crap workers if they go to India and pay 5% salary of American workers. That's low even for India, you'll obviously get the most unskilled folks for that budget. But for 35% of American wages, you can get the best guys in India with minimal problems.

The problem is companies outsource with intention of paying 5%. If they were hiring people with realistic 35-50% wages then they can get quality anywhere in the world.

It's not a choice between American and the most underpaid Indian poor lad. There's lots of nuance and room in the middle.

95% of the world population lives outside the USA. Does he really believe that all other countries operate without skilled workers in their respective countries? This is why the world considers Americans ignorant. They really believe that world stops at USA.
