IT workers, what is the most ridiculous "You're IT, you have to fix this" request you've received?

You'd be surprised, I once transported a poor sap whose wive was like that.

Long story short, paramedic, had a blue call (emergency) on our way so we came about 40min late to a scheduled transport.

It was a home so we could walk in without them knowing we would come. They both sat on a bench, coffers packed, motionless, staring straight ahead. We could see them from afar, new guy waited while we filled out paperwork, said she didn't turn her head once until we walked close enough for her to hear our footsteps.

Imagine sitting motionless in "waiting" position for over an hour. That woman was peak-NPC. I pity her husband, who seemed to be a normal guy and might have wanted to read a book or whatever.

Said later she forbid him to do anything because they "had to be ready for their transport."
