Workforce: Racism from Admin / Executive Assistants?

I don't know if it racism specifically. But its not about being polite, courteous or quiet. If you are on this reddit for dating advice, then you must acknowledge that asian men need to develop socializing and flirting skills. Its not enough to be polite and courteous. But admins have boring tedious jobs, so you have to flirt/smile/chat-up the admins (who are usually attractive young women) in order to get them to like you. If all you say is good morning, then that is not enough. You have to find out what they like and talk about things they like. Of course, some admins are overly gossipy so it may not be worth it to chat them up. If you are too flirtateous then you may make her uncomfortable and she may feel sexually harassed, so its a delicate line of friendliness. If your english skills are ESL, then I would just not worry about her, and just worry about keeping your job and impressing your boss.
